Q. How do I book the tour online?
A. Simply select a Tour Package and make payment online by Credit Card /Debit Card /UPI / Net Banking. Passengers are requested to bring a valid photo ID as proof at the time of boarding / availing the services.
Q. How many Documents are required for online Tickets?
Besides valid Photo identification, please note the following additional requirements are necessary for bookings made using Credit /Debit cards. Any failure to do so, for any reason whatsoever, shall result in Bhaktikaro.com denying boarding privileges to the customer / passenger(s). 1. Indian Credit / Debit cards : Customers are required to present the credit / debit card OR a photocopy of the credit / debit card duly signed by the card holder used to pay for the booking, at the time of boarding / availing the services. Note: Debit cards of select banks are accepted for online transactions. Please check our website while booking to know if your debit card can be used for online transactions.
Q. How do I book a tour for someone else?
A. To book a tour for someone else, you can simply type in his or her name instead of yours for the passenger names. Your profile information (e.g. name, address, contact details, etc.) will be used as a default. However, you may type over the appropriate fields and replace them with the traveler's information.
Q. Are the Tour prices shown on Bhaktikaro.com applicable to all?
A. Yes, however, INR prices are applicable to residents of Indian states while International fares are applicable to foreigners as well as to Indian residents.
Q. How do I know that my booking is confirmed?
A. Bhaktikaro.com would indicate you the booking status online before you book. After we receive confirmation of your payment, we will send you an immediate e-mail confirmation, which would include your ticket along with passenger details and price. You may also confirm your reservation online by accessing our website though your login details.
Q.What if I want to cancel my booking?
A. If a passenger has to cancel the tour due to any reasons, then he or she would have to make an application in writing to that effect, along with the original receipt issued by the company. Such cancellations will attract cancellation charges. For more details, check Cancellation Policy under Terms and Conditions on our site.
Q. How can I update my profile?
A. Once you are a registered member of our website, you can edit your profile at any time by logging into our website with your registered username and password. Once logged in, your current profile will be displayed where you can edit the details you wish to change and click Submit. Any changes that you made will be updated immediately. If you wish to change your password, click on “Change Password” link to reset your password.
