1- Cancellations up to 21 days prior to departure date – 70% refund
2- Less than 20 days of departure – No refund or you can transfer your tour (same batch date & same tour) to your dear one.
Note:-
a) Change of tour batch date is dependent on the availability of seats in the batch.
b) In case of transferring a tour to your dear one, he/she should satisfy all the mandatory requirements lay down by Bhaktikaro.
c) Bhaktikaro holds the right to change/cancel the policies, without prior notice.
Refund Policy
The applicable refund amount will be processed within the 10 working days.
If we have to cancel/suspend your tour before the date of departure or at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rains, earthquake, landslides, strike, curfew, etc.), then you will get the Cash Voucher of the total fee you have paid to us and you can redeemed it within a year on any trek but where this is of a higher price, you will be expected to pay the difference. The Cash voucher will be generated within 3 working days and sent to your email address by us.
