KEDARNATH WEATHER
Kedarnath is a Hindu holy town and the most remote of the four Char Dham sites. Kedarnath is located in the Himalayas, about 3584m above sea level near the head of river Mandakini. The site is flanked by breathtaking snow-capped peaks. Kedarnath hosts one of the holiest Hindu temples and the Kedarnath Temple is a popular destination for Hindu pilgrims from all over the world. Kedarnath has been in existence from the Mahabharata era when the Pandavas are supposed to have pleased Lord Shiva by doing penance, here. There are 2 ways to reach Kedarnath, one of them is via foot for a steep 14 km trek through a paved path and second way is by helicopter service.

BADRINATH WEATHER
Badrinath is a Hindu holy town that is the most important of the four sites in India’s Char Dham pilgrimage. Badrinath was re-established as a major pilgrimage site by Adi Shankara in the ninth century and in recent years; its popularity has increased significantly, with an estimated 600,000 pilgrims visiting during the 2006 season, against 90,676 in 1961. Badrinath has been mentioned as a holy place in Hindu scriptures for thousands of years. According to the Bhagavata Purana (3.4.22),”There in Badrikashram the supreme being (Vishnu), in his incarnation as the sages Nara and Narayana, had been undergoing great penance since time immemorial for the welfare of all living entities.”

Early morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Sonprayag. From where, you will start your 20 km trek to Kedarnath. You can hire a Doli or a horse, for your trek (Cost Not Included). Mandakini, one of the main tributaries of the Ganges originates at Kedarnath and flows through Gaurikund. Trudging with you are pilgrims chanting "Jai Bholenath." Sometimes the mist would envelop the mountains and slowly lift away, revealing a shiny blinding-white peak that threatens to rupture the skies. On arrival check in at Govt. Camps/Lodges. Dinner and Overnight at Govt. Camps/Lodges.

Distance from Guptkashi to Gaurikund: 31 km (approx.)
Distance from Gaurikund to Kedarnath: 17 km (approx.)
Optional- You can also hire a palki or take a horse ride at your own cost instead of trekking.
गुप्तकाशी से सुबह 05:30 बजे नाश्ते के बाद ड्राइव शुरू करें। गौरीकुंड आगमन पर, गौरीकुंड से अपनी पैदल यात्रा (17 किमी ट्रेक- एक तरफ) शुरू करें, आप या तो पैदल (ट्रेकिंग) का विकल्प चुन सकते हैं या अपने किराए पर उपलब्ध घोड़े या डोली के अन्य विकल्प हैं। आगमन पर, एक सरकारी तम्बू में प्रवेश करें । ताजा होने के बाद और केदारनाथ मंदिर के पवित्र दर्शन के लिए आगे बढ़ें। पवित्र मंदिर में, आप मंदिर परिसर में स्थित आदि शंकराचार्य समाधि भी जा सकते हैं। केदारनाथ धाम भगवान शिव के पूर्व-प्रतिष्ठित दिव्य मंदिर में से एक है।

Early morning you get up before dawn and after taking bath you are at the temple by 4:45 am for the 'Abhishek’ to Kedarnath Shiva. After darshan and puja you come out of the temple and return to the Govt. Camps / Lodges. Later you'll start the return trek of 20 km from Kedarnath to Sonprayag. The vehicles wait for you in Sonprayag Car Parking and you’ll drive to your hotel. Dinner and Overnight at Guptkashi.

Early morning, we proceed to Badrinath Darshan and back to PIPALKOTI hotel. Overnight stay in PIPALKOTI hotel.
सुबह के नाश्ते के बाद पीपलकोटी से बद्रीनाथ के लिए ड्राइव करें बद्रीनाथ में आगमन पर श्री बद्रीनाथ जी के पवित्र दर्शन के लिए आगे बढ़ें। तपटकुंड में एक पवित्र डुबकी लें, इसके बाद दर्शन के लिए मुख्य मंदिर की यात्रा भगवान विष्णु के आशीर्वाद प्राप्त करें। बद्रीनाथ जी के दर्शन के बाद में पीपलकोटी के लिए ड्राइव करें। आगमन पर होटल में चेक इन करें। होटल में रात का खाना और रहना।
